With a background in social work and executive administration, Rondi provides paralegal, office administration and office management services for our office. Rondi received her Bachelor’s Degree from Wesleyan College in 1990 under the dual majors of English and Religion.
Rondi is a member of the North Carolina Paralegal Association and has completed Wrightslaw Special Education Training. Rondi has worked with the Law Office of Ann Paradis since 2010. Prior to working with the firm, Rondi worked as an Executive Administrator for Siemens ICN in Boca Raton, Florida and as a social worker with Tulare County Health and Human Services in Visalia, California. She is passionate about helping people navigate the process of obtaining the information and assistance they need in matters of education law.
Rondi enjoys devouring books, binge watching Netflix, cooking/baking and cheering for soccer teams in her spare time. Married with three children, she appreciates the Cary/Apex community for all of the family activities provided in the area. She is member of the Daughters of the British Empire, a philanthropic organization supporting national and local charities.
