Neubia Harris

Neubia joined the Ann Paradis Law, PLLC, in October 2017 as an Associate Attorney.  She previously worked as a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina where she represented indigent clients in a variety of civil matters including bankruptcy, education, public benefits, and family.  After nearly seven years of practice with Legal Aid, Neubia joined the Law Office of Ann M. Paradis to focus her efforts on her true passion, education law.

Neubia received her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She received her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Neubia is licensed to practice in the State Courts of North Carolina, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina.

In 2017, Neubia was one of only sixteen lawyers inducted into the North Carolina Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Class. Currently, Neubia serves as Communications Committee Chair for the North Carolina Bar Association (“NCBA”), the Wellness Co-Chair for the Young Lawyer’s Division of NCBA and is a member of the Leadership Committee of the Wake County Bar Association.

Neubia is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina, and is actively involved with the Junior League of Raleigh.   She is a co-leader of Girl Scouts Troop 1302 in Raleigh.  When she is not working, she enjoys watching and performing live music, cooking and creating.
